How does ordering work? Shortly after you place your order, you'll receive an email notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork. Then, one of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order. He or she will check product availability, review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times, and provide any other guidance to make your purchase go smoothly.
Once your order is reviewed, you will be sent an order acknowledgement with your proof showing the artwork to be printed and placement on your selected item. Please return this order acknowledgement within 24 hours so as not to effect your expected date of shipment. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges. If you require any modification please note on the order acknowledgment. |
Can you help with ideas? Yes. Unlike a lot of on-line sources, we prefer to work directly with clients to make sure thier promotion is effective. Give us a call. |
Why is my logo in a weird place on a certain item? Photos of items are updated on a continual basis, and sometimes the logo placement has yet to be updated. If you encounter this issue with an item you'd like to see, let us know and we'll make it right for you. |
What is 'The Studio' button beside each item? The Studio allows for more modification of your logo - you can change colors, edit size, etc. |
I'm having trouble uploading my art. Can you help? Yes. Just e-mail us the art, we'll create an account, upload your art and send you the password to access your custom presentation. |
What do you need for artwork? We want every order you place with The Promotion Lab to look great and be delivered on time. To make that happen, we must begin with high-quality artwork.
The standard in printing is an .eps (encapsulated post script) vector file. In fact, most factories require this file type becasue it allows for size and color changes, as well as editing (when needed) while still maintaining the integrity and quality of your logo. |
What if I don't have an .eps file? Chances are your logo was originally created as an .eps file, so the original graphic artist is the best place to start. If you've ever had items printed, such as business cards or letterhead, the printer should have your .eps file and can e-mail it to you. We are happy to work with your artist or printer to obtain the file. |
I've checked with everyone and still don't have an .eps file. What now? We have an artist on staff that can recreate your logo in the correct format at a reasonable cost (most between $25-$50). Plus, we will send you a copy for you to use in other printing. If you would like a quote, please let us know. |
Do you have other items available that are not shown? Yes, this is just a small sampling of the products we have available. If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, please contact us and we will find it for you. |
Can I get samples before I order? Yes. Inexpensive samples are provided free of charge; more expensive samples and clothing can be ordered on credit card, but credited once you place the order. |
